Salam.. Howdie people.. So hot today.. I'm wearing only my pants right now.. Like to jump into a river to cool down right now.. hoho..
For last entry I've mentioned about reducing weight for myself.. Seriously I need those exercise that can make me more tough and macho.. haha.. Nope, only for my health.. Not more than that.. If that can happen it will be a bonus to me.. *smile*

Next thing is my exercise.. It will be a simple set of workouts using only floor mat.. Just to lean back from hard solid floor.. Orite.. Thats all from me rite now.. So, it will be a challenge to me to do so.. Fuhh.. Feel nervous already.. haha.. Till then.. Tonight will play badminton with my friend.. Chao.. Salam...

aik? haha. cemya urg. aku dah start jaga makan/badan dari awal taun last year.
tp in serious phase start dari bulan 9. weekdays, aku cardio, makan aku nang jaga. weekdays sikda minum aek ada gula, minum aek kosong, except mun aku bekfest or makan k malam. minum oat 3 in 1.
siang aku makan nasik setengah tapak + sayor 2 jenis (setengah tapak) + laok lain + aek kosong. malam aku makan oat 3 in 1 jak. weekdays pegi gym, tiap2 weekdays polah kardio.
hasil dari bulan 9, sampey kinek tok, nang aku rasa lebeh 10 kilo aku kurang. mun dari awal taun ya tek, kira dah 20 kilo aku kurang. nang ensemm juakla rupa kinek. hahaha :P

Apa suma org cam nak jaga badan awal2 tahun tok oo... termasuklah aku? nang bagus azam tok eh. Jom kita joging2 petang2 kat MBKS. mun nanga org ya lari terkedek2... ah, akulah ya. tegur, jgn sik tegur. :-) Good luck with the diet and workouts!
