Memori Kenangan Dahulu Purba Kala

Salam.. Sorry for the long haul of updating this blog of mine.. Sishh.. So very the busy the bee.. haha.. Nway, just came back from badminton match.. Wahh.. So tired oledi.. Today I've played so hard till I stumble in front of the net.. Grrrr.. Need more exercise.. The best thing happens that my new partner and Lee Yong Dae (myself) won the last three match.. Just never thought of it.. haha..

Talking about Hari Raya there's not much to tell.. Same as last year.. Maybe to me Raya nowadays are not that happening as I remembered in my childhood days.. Those year where kids are scattered around to find houses that give duit raya.. haha.. From 8 am till 8 pm.. Never stop still the last day of raya.. Owhh.. Not to mentioned that the last day of raya is the seventh day after 1st of Syawal.. That was our goal.. To achieve as many as duit raya to collect.. Seems nowaday kids are hanging around with their parents.. No more adventure time like I did.. 

Still remember when we use to go to Kuching city only using the Penambang.. The fare for that time was 20cents.. Sometimes, pak tambang give us a free ride home.. KLMJ... haha. Those were the days.. 

This raya I'm practically in training myself to give the kids some duit raya.. I'm glad I only have some few of my nephews come to visit.. haha..<<--nampak jak kedekut..

Its just a new way of celebrating raya rite?! Maybe Raya next year will be the best for me.. InsyaAllah.. Orite people.. I need to get some rest rite now.. Till we meet again.. C u all soon.. Muahmuahmuahhhss.. Love ya.. Salam...

Memori Daun Pisang

Salam.. Hai guys and gegirl! Just wanna share something interesting.. The match was interesting cause the player had to change the used birdie and take a new one on the side of the court by themselves.. They have to bring their own shuttlecocks. Then the shorts.. I think no players today want to use those.. haha..

Rudy Hartono was the best player at that time.. 7th consecutive All England is a very difficult to duplicate. Ok then.. Just enjoy the short video.. Till then now.. Chao. Salam..

Training Again

Tonight Is The Night We Take Control

Last Saturday I've been to my best friend wedding.. I'm really shock that my friend will be married to my best friend cousin actually.. Till now.. haha.. Just because few years back then when they both first met it was an awkward moment.. Now their are married.. haha.. When will my turn then? Erkkk.. Maybe this year or next year.. Don't know yet.. Should find a partner first.. Then get married and then live happily ever after.. haha..

Orite.. Enough of wedding story.. My hands and legs are shaking already.. haha.. Tonight will have a match with Lawas boy.. hihi.. What match?! Badminton! hihi.. Till then now.. Chao.. Muahsss.. Sayang awak semua.. Salam..

Salam.. Apa khabar? What a fine day today.. How's your day?  I was relieved that my injury was not that bad after all.. Tonight will do some training again.. hihi.. 

Congrats to Lin Dan and his team to win the Thomas and Uber Cup today.. It was a great match.. I like to watch the doubles game where Lee Young Dae and his team mates fighting with Fu Hai Feng and Chai Yun.. It's really inspire me to get more stronger.. kekekee.. Feel sorry for Lee Chong Wei.. Maybe it is not the day for him.. Hope he will recover soon for the upcoming Olympic game in London..

Aaa.. Sorry for not introducing what Thomas and Uber cup to you all.. Below is the intro for the prestige cup for badminton player around the world..

Salam.. Good morning people.. This is auto publish post.. Right now I'm in my deep sleep.. haha.. Sorry for the late update.. Last night had a great game with my friend.. Finally I got the rhythm to make a smash.. Too late for me right.. haha.. 

Maybe it just a little bit late but I'm so proud of myself.. :D So how about tomorrow.. Anybody wants to play badminton? Kuching bloggers are all invited.. Just to have some fun rite.. Wednesday will be a public holiday so it should be no problem.. How about it?

Go Go Smashing Power

Salam.. Hola! Aaaaaa... What's up!? Me? Just doing fine maa.. haha.. Ok.. Nothing to report about for today.. Just to update this cikai blog of mine.. hihi..

So, for today's lesson we learn about how make forehand smash in badminton.. First you take a racquet's and smash your opponent in the head.. Exactly at the fore head.. haha.. Just kidding.. Serious one.. For the real one you got to lean your body into vertical position from the back line of the court. The stance should be wide open. Use the other hands to aim the bird (shuttle) and make a hit. It quite simple but if you don't practice, the bird will be going sideway or just go up again. This reminder goes to me as well.. haha..

Enough said.. Just watch the video and you will see how the real forehand smash are done by professional. This week I got 2 games to go.. So, better practice from now.. Till then.. Chao.. Salam..

Badminton Match

Salam.. Aaa.. Feeling strange after long days of not making any entry in this blog.. haha.. Ok2.. Quick update.. Just want to share about this badminton match for Malaysia Open Super Series Tournament held at Bukit Jalil Stadium.. Just few more minutes it will start.. So, let's take a look at the schedule.. Hey Coach! Bila mau ajar saya skill smash maut?! haha..

Tajuk Sik Tauk Mok Letak Apa..

Salam.. Pa kabar takrang ritok tek? Hujan lebat sehari tok mesti banyak yang asa malas2 nak molah kerja.. Termasuk la ngan aku mpun.. haha.. Nway, ritok tek aku pergi menonton perlawanan badminton terbuka anjuran beras Teana.. 

Banyak juak la pemain2 yang handal masuk dalam pertandingan ya.. Mun ekot aku pun level men bedmenten time tok nang jauhla beza. haha.. Mok training lagik setahun mungkin aku boleh masuk pertandingan terbuka kedak ya.. :D 

Peserta yang muda masuk pertandingan ya tek adalah dalam usia 9 tahun.. Kecik jak badannya.. Tapi seriusli mun nangga caranya bermain badminton nang lihai.. Tapi kalah oleh pemain yang sama umur tapi ketinggiannya jauh berbeza banding ngn nemiak sorang ya tek.. 5 langkah pemain tinggi ya sama dengan 10 langkahnya nak sambut shuttle ya.. 

Second match tek perlawanan antara veteran.. Fuhhh.. Sidak tok dasyat juak corak permainan.. Ada sorang pemain veteran ya dah bongkok bila berjalan tapi permainannya boleh sama tahap dengan sidak junior 15 tahun.. Ada juak part sedih bila nangga berjalan nak beli aek minuman ya.. Dahla bongkok bila berjalan.. Bila rehat sekejap nak ambik napas mmg kedak ikan paus biru jak bila ngembus napasnya.. Walaupun keadaannya cemya, tahap permainan mmg harus dipuji.. Chaiyok2 pakcik! haha.. 

Match ketiga yang best juak ditangga tadik perlawanan antara beregu perempuan.. Tapi asaku perlawanan cemya sepatutnya carik wakil yang sama umur.. Perlawanan tok tek adalah antara nemiak umur belasan tahun lawan dengan kakak2 yang dah umur 30 lebih tahun.. Pemain belasan tahun ya nang kiut la muka sidak.. Gik jambu.. haha.. Pendapat aku la, mun sidak kakak2 ya main gik untuk 2 tahun akan datang boleh kalah la ngn nemiak ya.. haha.. Nway, need more training gik mun nak sampei ke tahap ya.. Malam tok training.. haha.. Malam Ini Tidur Dengan Nyenyak

Salam.. Last entry untuk ritok.. hihi.. Bok lepas balit dari men bedmenten.. Nang best la.. Lamak dah sik main badan banyak keruk.. haha.. Nway, meets new and old friends.. But actually don't recall it yet till now.. Aaa.. Mungkin esok ada jawapan.. haha..

Back to topic ritok pasal malam tok tido dengan nyenyak sebab tadik dah berjaya mengalahkan pasukan cikgu Al-Mustain dari simunjan.. Fuhhh.. Bukanlah nak madah terer ney.. Cuma dah 3 minggu berturut mala jak kalah oleh team sidak.. Jadi malam tok dapat menebus kekalahan ya dengan jaya dan cemerlang sekali.. bwahahahahaaaa... Mungkin mombok ataupun terlanjur antu tapi puas ati sebab dapat menang... Hoyeahhhhh!! We are the champion...

Next week bertemu lagik.. Harap2 boleh menang gik.. haha.. To Al-Mustain and the gang -->> "We are the CHAMPION!".  So, malam tok dapat tdo dengan nyenyak sekali... Best2.. Mimpi yang indah2 untuk semua.. Adios.. Salam..

Kawanku Pulang Dari Kuala Lumpur

Salam.. Update ritok sekda info terkini pasal apa2 berita.. CUma nak update pasal kawanku yang bok balit dari Key Elll... haha.. Ritoknya dah sampei ke kuching dan malam tok akan berempas main bedmenten ngn kmk orang gik.. haha.. Sik sabar asanya mok ngetest keterer-an main bedmenten ngn kawan ku ya.. hahaa...

So, thats all.. Update tok bukan apa.. Tadik ada kawan aku sorang nanyak berapa percent happy aku ritok.. Aku jawaplah 50% jak happy.. In conclusion sik happy gilak la.. Aku padah reason aku sik update blog untuk ritok thats y rasa sik happy gilak.. Bukan tegal mok duit dari molah blog p kinektok bila sik update dah asa macam lost semacam jak dunia.. ADakah aku nektok addict dengan blog? Yes.. I'm addicted.. But in the same time try to get profit from it.. hmmm..

Minggu Sukan #1

Salam.. Pa kabar takrang ritok? Tengah boring2?! Apakata takrang belajar camne nak bermain badminton.. Kedong aku tok peminat pemain badminton baru2 tok.. haha.. Oklah.. Skip the intro n cut to the chase..

Badminton tok adalah permainan menggunakan raket yang consist of 2 opposing player ataupun 4 opposing player.. Mun duak orang main ditunggah single gameplay ataupun dalam bahasa malaysia perseorangan.. Lam bahasa kampung single.. Mun 4 orang main retinya takrang main secara beregu ataupun lam bahasa kampung double..

Raket badminton. Dolok marek dipolah pakei kayu. Lebih kaw gik time nak smashing.

Cara permainan. Sik faham juak takrang klik SITOK.

Permainan tok juak memerlukan bola badminton yang digelar shuttlecocks. Shuttlecock tok dipakei sebabnya ada bulu yang melawan rintangan angin dan boleh berubah juak ekot arah angin.. Dibah tok gambarajah cemne upa sebenar shuttlecock. Dolok marek sidak pakei bulu ayam nektok sidak pakei bulu angsa.. Mmm.. Aku sik pasti apa bezanya.. Mungkin senang gik cabut bulu angsa.. haha..

Rule untuk permainan tok senang jak. Takrang bantey shuttlecock ya ke arah lawan dan sekiranya shuttlecock ya gugok dalam kotak gelanggang pihak lawan maka takrang akan dapat point. Ya secara basic la.. Ada rule2 yang lain gik contohnya jika pemain ya servis ke pihak lawan tapi shuttlecock nya sik masuk ke kotak gelanggang pihak lawan maka pihak lawan akan dapat point. Simple nak?! 

Game tok untuk suka2 pun boleh juak. Takrang boleh start dengan membeli raket yang biasa2 jak dolok k training depan rumah. Bila dah biasa dengan permainan di luar rumah bok takrang main d gelanggang indoor. Pastikan takrang polah stretching dolok sebelum apa2 game. Bukan apa, takut takrang stress dan kejang otot sebab permainan tok banyak memerlukan pergerakan badan dan kaki.. Lom gik kira pergelangan tangan takrang ya kelak.. Mana nak kaki smash ya paham2 jak la.. haha..

Oklah.. Asanya cukup info pasal minggu sukan untuk ritok. Ada masa kelak aku polah entry pasal sukan lain gik.. Mok lunch kejap gik.. CIao.. Salam.. Ohhh.. Lupak.. Dibah tok aku sertakan video Datuk Lee Chong Wei trick shot time melawan Pete GADE..

Bulu Tangkis

Salam.. Kepak ehhs.. Bok lepas men bedmenten.. Hilang 10000 kalori dalam badan..*mun jak* hahaa.. Nang best men ritok.. Lamak dah sik main.. Raket pun yang terbaik juak dipakei tek.. Time nak smash nang kedak IP man lah.. haha.. Sebenarnya ritok tek nak post pasal kejadian malam tadik.. P oleh kerna busy bee jadi postpone..

Bukan apa, malam tadik ada kejadian karan pandei sekda cgek lorong.. Bergelap lah malam ya.. Panasnya boh cita lah.. Dalam kol 10 cemya bok ada karan gik.. Tapi selang beberapa jam lepas ya dalam kol 2 pagi karan sekda gik.. Terpaksalah tdo ngn nyamuk.. Nasib bait ada selimut nipis.. Harap2 ritok sekda gik kejadian kedak ya..

Pasal bulu tangkis ya aku bok tauk yang ada kedei jual cgek2 bulu tangkis ya.. Ada juak harapan k men petang2.. Sik perlu lah beli nak cgek tabung besar ya sekali.. Sapa mok join men bedmenten kelak boleh atur match.. Sama2 blogger.. Boleh menyihatkan badan.. haha.. Oklah.. Yajak dolok entry kali tok.. Muahmuahmuahhsss.. Sayang awak semua... Salam...

Bedmenten

Salam.. Pa polah takrang tek? Aku tek bok pas dinner ngn kawan2 kat kedei makan d Boyan sia.. Sapa yang siktauk siney Kampung Boyan boleh klik SITOK. 

Entry kali tok just nak cita pasal men bedmenten.. Haha.. Badminton bah.. Sikkan sik tauk.. haha.. Malam tadik aku ngan memberku booking sigek padang untuk 2 jam d Arena Sukan jalan Tabuan.. Nang berbaloi asa main d sia.. Sebenarnya lamak dah aku sik main bedmenten tok.. First time main asa lenguh seluruh badan jak.. P bila dah duak tiga kali main dah lebih cergas ikit dari biasa... 

Takrang cemne?! Ada sesiapa yang berminat nak bermain badminton ka?! Badminton tok salah satu sukan yang menghiburkan juak sebenarnya... Bukan apa, bila dapat molah smash ya tek kenak ke badan lawan.. haha.. Ya bok jaik akal.. Sekdalah untuk sukahati.. Mun sik salah aku tok kita smash ke badan orang ya adalah sebab ya weak spot untuk pihak lawan untuk balas balit bulu tangkis a.k.a. bol... Lagikpun main bukanlah ngn sidak pro kedak Lee Chong Wei pun.. Main sekadar nak kuarkan peluh n for fun jak.. 

Insyaallah mun ada rezki lebih aku mok ada raket bedmenten ku mpun kelak..Ya dah aku engkah lam wishlist untuk tahun tok... Oklah.. Ya jak entry kali tok.. Mun ada blogger yang suka men bedmenten boleh padah.. Kelak boleh atur ari dan masa.. Majulah sukan untuk dirikpun.. Sekian dolok.. Muahmuahmuahhs.. Sayang awak semua.. SALAM..
